The kids loved finding a box turtle in our yard. They kept him for the day in a homemade cardboard box habitat and released him (begrudgingly) that night.
Kieran refused to wear the top but Pea really wanted a picture of them in their leopard pjs I made years ago.
At a local bookstore, we accidentally met a local author who also homeschooled his children, back in the day. We had already read his books at the library so it was neat to meet him! He chatted with Sean for a while.
Another load for the landfill/recycling. Decluttering is hard work!

It was a wet day at the park but the kids had a great time.
