Florida!

The kids and I drove down to Florida a bit early to surprise Grammy and Grampy. They were in Orlando with Erin's family at Disney for the week so we knocked on their resort room door and stayed for about 24 hours. Lots of fun swimming in heated pool in the beautiful November Florida sunshine!

We brought a toy that isn't played with much at our house and, of course, it was played with as if it were the most fun toy ever! K'nex. Sean ended up finishing building what the kids started into a HUGE bomber plane.

It is a requirement to eat seafood while in CR! Salmon and scallops. Kieran at 75% of the scallops while I put Finnian to sleep. 

Next we were in Cedar Key.

Dad is still a master at getting babies to sleep. This was right before the big Thanksgiving meal. 

Caryn cooked up a delicious classic Thanksgiving feast. My favorites were the mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce.

Sean and Izzy were great pals again.

Visiting cousins lets my kids experience modern kid things like Minecraft!
